- Koti wrote this page. Read it knowing that — which is why every link is here, so you can check the facts yourself rather than take our word for them.
- Everything we assert about Residentia comes from residentia.net, their public documents and their own App Store and Google Play listings, read on 21 August 2026. No directories, review sites or comparison blogs: they are not a source for what a vendor ships or charges.

CFDI 4.0 invoice issued to the resident Koti: Optional platform add-on. Residentia: Their 57-page admin guide documents configurable "Impresión de recibos de pago" and never uses the words factura, CFDI or RFC. They do ask for your RFC "para la generación de facturas fiscales", but that is how they invoice you for their licence, not what the product issues.
